ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN

Your rooms/studios are ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Regular check-in times are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After prior telephone arrangement, check-in is possible until 10:00 pm at the latest. After 10:00 pm, no check-in is possible.

DEPARTURE/CHECK-OUT

Your studio/room must be vacated by 10:30 am at the latest. Every check-out must be done at the reception.
Please bring your identification documents and a valid credit card for check-in. (Without a credit card, a deposit of 500 euros must be provided on-site.)

BREAKFAST SERVICE

Enjoy breakfast in a private atmosphere – "when you want and how you want it." With our breakfast service, you can individually assemble your desired breakfast online and we will deliver it to your studio the next morning from 7:30 am.

CAFÉ & RESTAURANT

Our café opens daily at 2:00 pm, offering a selection of homemade cakes, ice cream, sweets and a variety of coffee options.Hot meals in the restaurant are available daily from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm: The culinary line of the 4 elements is reflected in all dishes and preparations – steaks, salads, pasta and fish dishes, as well as Tyrolean classics, can be found in the à la carte menu.

OPENING HOURS WELLNESS AREA

Our RELAX area is open daily from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

FINAL CLEANING FEE

A one-time final cleaning fee is charged per studio as follows: Studio Classic € 40,- Studio Superior € 50,- Studio Master € 80,-.

PETS

Pets are allowed, but please inform us at the time of booking. We charge € 25,- per pet per day.

LOCAL TAX

The local tax is € 4,- per person per day. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can settle your room bill on the day of departure in cash, by debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). For larger amounts, a deposit can be made upfront at the hotel.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Free cancellation is possible up to 15 days before the arrival date. This must be made in writing. From 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount is payable as a cancellation fee and from 7 days before the arrival date, 90% of the total amount is payable as a cancellation fee.
